2018-02-01A good mouse with precision and great weight distributionIt's a pretty good mouse for the price. Good weight, nice DPI settings, and the colors are pleasing. The colors are "breathing," so they fade into each other at a somewhat slow pace (about the speed of slow breathing), and you can't set it to stay on one color (though I knew that when I bought it.) The instructions came in both German and English, and it was easy as cake to set up--no software to install or settings to play with. The fire button is a really nice addition; I wasn't sure if I'd use it, but I use it all the time. You can set it to either act as double-click or triple-click by holding it down for a few seconds. The cord is braided and seems like it will last a while, and the shape of the mouse itself is ergonomic and comfortable. I bought one for my boyfriend as well and he really likes it, especially the ability to change the DPI. There are definitely more expensive mice out there that are just as good--though if you're very, very serious about gaming or you need even more customization options, then spring for a fancier one. Otherwise, this will be perfect.
2018-02-01Good quality mouse that's not too terribly expensive.Awesome 'lightning deal' price on this mouse, I think I paid more than the logitec basic 3-button meeces I used to get in bulk, all the time. Would definitely buy again. It's fairly solid and definitely a bit larger than your average mouse. Much more comfortable. I'd say for those of us used to buying 10~15 dollar mice, this would be worth 20~25 bucks easily. For some folks, maybe more. I didn't see that it came with any special software, but I wouldn't want it anyways. There's a built-in speed multiplier on the mouse itself that's not easily bumped, and forward/back buttons where the thumb normally rests. It lights up though it's not distracting... and has a nice color-cycling breath effect to it that's again not distracting. Maybe I won't want to throw this one now. I've been using it roughly a good month or two now and I like it a lot. Would definitely recommend. I use my computer for CAD-type work making 3d game environments, so a good mouse is a big plus.
